Document Description
California American Water Company of California (Cal-Am) owns and operates the Larkfield District water system, which is located north of Santa Rosa, California. The Larkfield District is classified as a community water system and provides drinking water for residential and some commercial developments. The project will consist of test hole drilling and construction of a new production water supply well, extending the raw water line located in the Old Redwood Highway roadway alignment in order to connect the well to the existing treatment plant, and making well site improvements. The residents of the Larkfield District will be the beneficiaries of the projects as the source capacity of the system will increase thus mitigating ongoing water reationing due to a demand which exceeds its supply.
