Document Description
The City of Lodi's Wastewater Treatment Plant discharges into Bishop Cut and the flow rate of discharged treated water has increased due to the population growth of Lodi. Therefore, adequate dilution rates are becoming more difficult to achieve within the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. The proposed Acoustic Velocity Meter (AVM) will measure the channels' actual flow rate, which is a key element in determining when to discharge treated water.
