The applicant has proposed to install a buried 48-inch diameter storm drain approximately 520 feet long adjacent to a drainage channel owned by the City of Cloverdale. The purpose of this drain is to increase the flow capacity of the storm drain system to prevent flooding. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0594 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
