Document Description
The proposed project consists of an acquisition of a vacant parcel of land, which is adjacent to fair property. The vacant parcel is approximately .2 acre in size, with no tenants legally or illegally on the property. Acquisition of this property will have minimal impact on the department's operation and maintenance costs; any costs will be absorbed in the existing budget. The property will be used to expand and make a main entrance into the fairgrounds.
