Document Description
The purpose of this contract is to develop a catalytic combustion system for achieving ultra-low emissions in small, multi-combustor gas turbines without the need for exhaust gas cleanup devices. This meets the PIER goals of improving the environmental and public health costs/risks of California's electricity by enabling the use of small gas turbines for distributed generation in situations where the cost and footprint requirements of exhaust cleanup systems to meet the mandated emissions levels would be prohibitive.
