Document Description
The purpose of this contract is to develop and test procedures for assessing the vulnerability of buildings to chemical or biological attack, including the impact on building energy systems. Additionally, the contract will produce a guidance document for vulnerability assessment and mitigation for high-profile buildings to reduce the liklihood and effectiveness of potential attacks, with consideration for impacts on the building energy systems. This meets the PIER goal of improving the environment, public health, and safety.
