Document Description
The purpose of this contract is to formulate and evaluate a short-range dispersion algorithm applicable to elevated sources in urban areas. This meets the PIER goal of improving the environmental and public health costs/risk of California's electricity by improving air quality dispersion models, that play an important role in assessing risk associated with exposure to air toxics pollutants in urban areas.
