Document Description
The purpose of this contract is to test the feasibility and value of co-location and integration of a multiple, diverse distributed energy resources (DER) into the low voltage electricity distribution system. Multiple DERs will be installed within electrical interaction proximity of each other to allow for their aggregate benefits and operational issues to be evaluated. This meets the PIER goal of Improving the Reliability/Quality of California's Electricity and Improving the Safety of California's Electricity by determining the impact of large penetrations of DER into the distribution system.
