Develop metrics and obtain measured data that provides guidance to data center planners and designers in setting design parameters and design strategies. A "roadmap" will be developed in collaboration with industry professionals to define the research path and necessary market transformation steps to achieve efficiency in data center facilities. This project meets the PIER goals of improving the cost/value and the reliability/quantity of California's electricity.
