Document Description
The Department of Developmental Services proposes to install six (6) 2,160 square feet of prefabricated, relocatable modular buildings, totaling 12,960 square feet, to be located at Sonoma Developmental Center. The six modulars will be placed on an existing site using existing building pads, utility tie-ins, and paved parking areas. The addition of the modulars will accommodate the serious need to improve human living conditions and reduce the density in living and training quarters at the developmental center and address licensing issues. To achieve this goal, Sonoma will purchase the modulars to be used for adult classrooms and vocational training for 72 clients.
