Document Description
Construction of a pipeline that will connect Mountain Tunnel to Moccasin Power Tunnel thereby bypassing Priest Reservoir. The pipeline will allow water to bypass Priest Reservoir during periods when the reservoir water quality is impaired by high turbidity or contamination of other pollutants. Prior to construction the reservoir will be drained. The pipeline will be constructed within the inundation zone of the reservoir and will be approximately a 1200-foot long by 9-foot diameter pipe, buried at a maximum depth of 19 feet.
