Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks by restoring the design flow capacity of an approximately 0.32-acre portion of Sycamore Channel (east) and a 0.84-acre portion of North Channel (east) located between the 605 freeway and the Union Pacific Railroad, in the City of Whittier, California. The project shall involve the removal of approximately 781 cubic yards of accumulated sediment and any remaining non-native vegetation removal was authorized under prior maintenance Streambed Agreement No. 5-2001-0255.
