Document Description
The proposed project consists of an acquisition of a vacant parcel of land, which is adjacent to fair property. The vacant parcel is approximately 1 acre in size, with no tenants legally or illegally on the property. Acquisition of this property will have minimal impact on the department's operation and maintenance costs; any costs will be absorbed in the existing budget. The property will be used for additional access into the fairgrounds, and expand the parking area.
