Document Description
The proposed project consists of an acquisition of two vacant parcels of land, which is adjacent to fair property. The vacant parcels are approximately 1.5 acres in size, with no tenants legally or illegally on the property. Acquisition of this property will have minimal impact on the department's operation and maintenance costs; any costs will be absorbed in the existing budget. The property will be used for additional access into the fairgrounds, and expand the parking area.
