Document Description
The Removal Action Workplan (RAW) specifies cleanup procedures to be implemented at the proposed Nevin Avenue Elementary School Expansion Site (Site) for the excavation, removal, backfill, and off-site disposal of soils contaminated with polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and metals. The expansion Site is located adjacent to an existing elementary school and therefore, excavation and loading of soils will be conducted when school is not in session.
