Document Description
Metropolitan is proposing to repair an existing irrigation line that lies immediately south of the weld shop at Building 3 of the Skinner Filtration Plant. The proposed project consists of the removal of asphalt and soil above the irrigation line, the repair of any leaks or structural problems on the irrigation line, and the backfill of soil to the level of the asphalt.
