Document Description
Conduits for cable television, phone, and electric service will be laid in trenches. There will be splice boxes and transformer vaults set flush with grade. After the project is completed, the utilities will pull their new wires in the underground conduits. When all homes are connected, the utilities will remove their overhead facilities. The underground district includes 59 parcels.
