Document Description
Re-installation of a 60-inch culvert placed in a tributary to Graves Creek, located adjacent to 9755 Santa Lucia Road, approximately 250 feet south of the Santa Lucia Road frontage in Atascadero. The culvert will be re-installed to provide an access road to two parcels. The culvert existing at the site will be removed and re-installed using a 3/4 ton loader. Adequately sized rip-rap will be installed along the banks to provide for bank stabilization. Any exposed soil will be hydro-seeded with a locally derived native species plant mix. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-1031 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
