Document Description
The Gateway Addition Project is an eight classroom addition to the Gateway Building, an existing classroom and faculty office building. The area is surrounded by campus uses and is not environmentally sensitive or of value as habitat. All required public services to support the project are in place. The modest size of the building area addition less than 10% of the existing faculty, and the conformance with existing land uses and architectural character, qualifies the project as a minor revision to the campus Master Plan in accordance with the State University Administrative Manual (SUAM) Section 9010.
