Document Description
The proposed project for the Agnews Developmental Center would lease approximately 46,500 square feet of new warehouse space for plant operations storage. The proposed site is an existing warehouse facility and will be staffed with 47 workshop employees. Tenant improvements will consist of one or two new truck ports and new office space inside the warehouse. A new driveway will be developed to connect the existing Agnews facility to the proposed site. No hazardous material of any kind will be stored on the site. Adequate parking is available at this site with public transportation provided within 1/2 mile.
