The changes requested by the facility are merely informational. Hazardous waste storage and treatment activities requiring a permit are not to be conducted at the expanded area. Handling of the CRTs does not require DTSC's approval, but requirements governing the CRTs handling in California Code of Regulations, title 22, article 7 should be followed by KBSI.
