Document Description
The proposed project consists of a gift transfer of ownership for a vacant parcel of land which is adjacent to fair property. The vacant parcel is approximately one third (1/3rd) acre in size, with no tenants legal or illegally on the property. Acceptance of property will have minimal impact on the department's operation and maintenance costs; any costs will be absorbed in the existing budget. The property will be used to extend the parking area on Riverside Avenue.
