- One year of funding for Operation and Maintenance to include law enforcement and monitoring activities associated with OHV recreation on the Cleveland National Forest. Funding for the Trabuco RD (Wildomar $84,000) and the Descanso RD (Corral/Bear $135,000). Funding will be used for conservation activities (monitoring, habitat restoration, and public education); law enforcement (enforcement of State and Federal laws and regulation, prevention of resource damage due to illegal OHV activities, erection of signs, fences and barriers), and operations and maintenance.
