This application is for the City of Grass Valley approval of an Annexation and Specfic Plan for Loma Rica Ranch. The 452 acre property is curently located outside the City limits of the City of Grass Valley, east of Sutton Way. The property is located on both sides of Brusnwick Road and Idaho-Maryland Road. The property extends as far south as Loma Rica Drive. The annexation will also include Assessor's Parcel 09-570-43, a 2.51 acre parcel owned by others, located at the intersection of Idaho-Maryland Road and Sutton Way. This property is not a part of the Specific Plan area and is proposed to be prezoned to CBP- Corporate Business Park.
