The EIR will evaluate two alternate proposals. The first alternative reflects the applicant's proposal to construct a 266 unit apartment complex and dedicate 6.59 acres for a city park. The applicant has also requested that an alternate plan ("Increased Park Plan") be evaluated at the same level as the proposed project. This alternate plan consists of 273 apartment units, with more land for the city park.
