Document Description
The principal concept of the proposed Project is development of new educational facilities for the Western Placer Unified School District and Sierra Joint Community College District. Specifically, a comprehensive high school is proposed immediately adjacent to a new Sierra Community College Campus. Certain facilities and programs will be shared by the two campuses, while certain facilities will not be shared. A City library is also proposed for the site, which will serve both campuses and the community at large. The Library, although considered in the design and layout of the schools, is not part of this analysis.
Site preparation, grading, and any explosions necessary to break apart material for site preparation will occur before any structures are built on-site.
