Document Description
The Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan provides planning direction for the 318-acre public land portion of the greater Bernal Property located within the City of Pleasanton. The primary purpose of the Phase II Plan is to supplement the Phase I Specific Plan in implementing the Pleasanton General Plan and in guiding the orderly development and provision of services for this site. The Plan is the culmination of several years of sustained effort by Pleasanton's City Council, City Commissions and task forces, and members of the community.
