Document Description
The Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan calls for the long-term development of a variety of public facilities to be developed within an open space/park-like setting at the 318-acre city-owned portion of the Bernal Property in Pleasanton. Potential uses include agriculture, childcare, cultural arts, community garden, Native American reflective area, open space, park and recreational uses, park-and-ride commuter parking lot, public infrastructure and utilities, educational facilities, trails, environmental education center, teen/community center, and other potential public and quasi-public uses. The Bernal Community Park PUD Master Plan area consists of approximately 45-acres located within the 318-acre Specific Plan area. The Community Park is proposed primarily for use as sports fields and related facilities.
