Document Description
The project calls for improved water circulation and tidal influence to the area by breaching several levees. This action will help to establish tidal and riparian marsh conditions similar to those of the historic Napa River marsh, and enhance site conditions for vegetation and wildlife. The project will establish habitats for sensitive species of direct concern identified in the CALFED Ecosystem Restoration Program Plan.
