The Patterson Unified School District proposes to undertake the acquisition of approximately 12 acres of land for the construction and operation of the Creekside Elementary School (Project). The Project will be an elementary school for grades kindergarten through five (K-5). The buildings will be designed to comply with State Department of education's guidelines and local zoning codes. The Creekside Elementary School will serve the needs of the District and the surrounding community. The purpose of the project is to provide educational facilities for elementary school students within the district. Educational programs will be offered during the day, but occasional evening community programs are anticipated.
