Document Description
The Monahan Pacific Corporation has applied to the City of Larkspur for approval to construct 47 residential units on two vacant hillside parcels, Parcel 19 (AP#018-191-19) and Parcel 21 (AP# 18-191-41) totaling 18.1 acres located on the north side of East Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, east of Larkspur Landing Circle. The project has two components. The Drake's Way Affordable Housing component would develop 2.75 acres of the 8-acre Parcel 19 with 24 affordable apartment units. Drake's Cove would consist of 23 market rate homes on approximately 4 acres of the 10.2 acre Parcel 21. The project also includes construction of an indoor and partially-enclosed shooting facility on the existing San Quentin Gun Range 2 (AP# 18-152-12), a property owned by the State of California and operated by San Quentin State Prison.
