Document Description
The proposed project entails subdivision of a 4.29-acre hillside parcel into three lots. The project site has frontage along Grizzly Peak and Skyline Boulevard. Two of the lots would be approximately 25,000 s.f. in size and the third lot would be the remainder of the site, approximately 3.14 acres. The three parcels would be served by a shared private access easement (PAE) from Skyline Boulevard. No access is proposed from Grizzly Peak Boulevard. The project repairs and improves an existing storm water facility onsite and proposes dedication of a public trail easement from the Skyline Boulevard frontage to connect to an existing public trail on the adjacent City park land.
