The project proposes to further subdivide the 13.3 acre site into 48 single-family lots ranging in size from 3,000 square feet to 3,431 square feet and four multi-family lots ranging size from 1.06 acres to 1.27 acres. The potential impacts associated with this specific development, including potential cumulative impacts associated with the development of all three parcels being created by the Alleghany Parcel Map, have been also been analyzed in the Initial Study prepared for both projects.
