Document Description
Development of an urban campus consisting of Research and Development (R&D) uses on an approx. 28-acre site. The site currently houses the "Western Research Center." The renovation and expansion of the existing Western Research Center would consist of the replacement of 13 R&D buildings containing 152,307 sq.ft. with four new life-science buildings containing 360,000 sf. Two existing lab/ office buildings would remain (Building 196 and Building 396), totaling approximately 113,000 sf. Total building area upon completion would be approximately 473,000 sf.
