Document Description
The proposed Alleghany Parcel Map application (PM 01-16) would create three parcels from the existing 21.7 acre parcel - a 13.3 acre parcel ( Parcel 1), a 5.66 acre parcel (Parcel 2), and a 2.48 acre parcel (Parcel 3). Access to the proposed Yosemite Place subdivision on the west side of Yosemite Drive will be via a private roadway system with two access points off Yosemite Drive. It is anticipated that access for future development on Parcl 2 will be via a private driveway off Yosemite Drive, while access to Parcel 3 will be off Idyllwild Circle.
