Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of an approximate 14.98 acre parcel into Parcel A and B. Remainder of approximately 3.48 and 11.5 acres, respectively. A Conditional Use Permit for the establishment of a church and home school facility for the Northcoast Mennonite Church on Parcel A. The church structure is proposed to be approximately 3,350 square feet. Applicant proposes to phase the development of the required parking spaces. Applicant shall initially develop a gravel parking lot to accommodate 35 spaces. An area shall be designated for the remaining required parking with the spaces to be developed upon future demand. Parcel A will be served by well water and individual on-site sewage disposal system. The Remainder is not proposed for development at this time. Both parcels will be accessed via Airport Road.
