Document Description
Construction and operation of a mini-storage facility consisting of a total of approximately 38,700 square feet with units ranging in size from 5' to 10' x 30'. The project site is approximately 6.7 acres. The storage facility will operate on a 12-hour per day basis. An office/residence will be constructed on site to be utilitzed by the manager for a 24-hour on site presence. This building will be approximately 1,200 square feet in size and will include three parking spaces.
