Document Description
The proposed Ashby Mini Storage facility entails the construction of approximately 38,700 square feet of mini-storage units ranging in size from 5'x5' to 10'x30' on an approximately 6.7-acre property and will be divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2. It is anticipated that this storage facility will operate on a 12-hour per day basis. An office/residence will be constructed on site to be utilized by the manager for a 24-hour on site presence. This building will be approximately 1,200 square feet in size and will have three parking spaces. This project will require a Use Permit from the City of Shasta Lake.
