Document Description
The Lathrop Station project involves approximately 151 acres of urban development authorized in the City of Lathrop in its adopted West Lathrop Specific Plan known as Stewart Tract (5,794 acres) and Mossdale Village (1,161 acres). Lathrop Station is located within the Mossdale Village portion of the WLSP area. Mossdale Village is planned as a residential community centered around a village Commercial area and also encompasses regional commercial areas.
