Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to the San Jose 2020 General Plan. The amendment will change the land use designation on the approximately 29.5-acre site from Combined Industrial/Commercial, Heavy Industrial, and Single-Family (8-16) DU/AC) to High Density Housing (25-50 DU/AC). The proposed General Plan Amendment would allow development of up to 700 housing units on the site. No specific development is proposed at this time.
