The proposed project site consists of .69 acre, five-lot subdivision and a development plan for six lots on a total of .82 acre. The project is bordered by Norcross Lane to the west, Amador Avenue to the east, and single-family homes to the south and north (see map 1). The site is currently zoned P-1, Planned Development for residential with a minimum lot size of 4,500 square feet. The General Plan land use designation is Single Family Residential High Density (SH) for a maximum of 5.0-7.2 units per acre.
