Adoption of an Ordinance that will result in replacing the City of Fremont's existing Tree Preservation Regulations. The proposed revisions will regulate and protect privately owned trees, and establish new regulations pertaining specifically to trees designated as landmark trees whether such trees are privately or publicly owned. Modify standards for landscaping requirements imposed as a component of City-approved development.
