The proposed garden would encompass 0.42 acre in Capitol Park, replacing the existing Capitol Park Rose Garden. The proposed Garden would include rows of rose bushes, decomposed granite paths through the bushes, small placards near the bushes, stamped concrete walkways, a small concrete courtyard with a fountain in the center, a heart-shaped 18-inch seating wall sourrounding a square pavilion with recessed lighting, and benches scattered throughout the garden.
