Document Description
The Mendocino County Office of Education proposes to develop a phased (new) school project on a 1.78 acre site located at 1041 Low Gap Road. MCOE currently leases the property from the City of Ukiah, and it is the intention of MCOE to purchase the property. The development of the project will be phased over the next 5 years depending on the availability of State funding. The new facilities will consist of nine classrooms and one restroom building. All facilities are single story, modular buildings, approved by the Department of State Architect and installed on concrete foundations. The proposed school project initially will provide one classroom for the MCOE Regional Occupational Program for 2002-03. Additional Early Start Daycare, CCS and ED facilities and programs are proposed to be developed in phases.
