Document Description
Los Altos Golf and Country Club is proposing to regrade the existing facility to correct drainage problems and make modifications to the course. As part of this work, 1) an existing drainage will be restored, and 2) a storm drain pipe will be upgraded. The drainage that will be restored is a tributary to Hale Creek and is located between fairway #6 and Niblick Avenue, near the intersection with Shirley Avenue, and the section to be modified will be just over 600 feet in length. The storm drain pipe which is in a former reach of Loyola Creek will be upgraded at fairway #6. There is no longer any bed, bank, channel, or riparian vegetation along this reach of the creek that is now in a pipe system.
