SAA R3-2002-0052 Construction of two unit residence spanning a perennial stream flowing in a steep ravine at 85 Crescent Ave. in the City of Sausalito, Marin County. The reach on the property is approximately 120 feet long and seven feet wide. The proposed pier and grade beam foundation system will be set back 10 to 12 feet from the stream's Ordinary High Water (OHW) mark. No work is proposed in the stream itself. However, grading and fill will occur within the riparian corridor.
