Document Description
In January 2001, Airport Land Use Commission adopted the "Comprehensive Airport Land Use Plan" or CLUP. In some cases, the land use regulations defined by CLUP are inconsistent with Windsor's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance. In accordance with State Law, this project will amend the Town of Windsor's Genral Plan and Zoning Ordinance's text and figures to comply with the CLUP. The following lists the proposed General Plan and Zoning Ordinance amendments.
