Document Description
Sun Valley Health Center will be constructed on an underutilized, undeveloped portion of the Sun Valley Middle School. The health center would serve students and faculty of Sun Valley Middle School, and would also serve the surrounding community. The health center would consist of the assembly of 15 modular trailers to make up a single-store facility of approximatey 10,070 square feet. A parking lot would be constructed to provide sufficient parking to support the center.
