The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 6-2003-081 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Mike Freeman, of KB Home Coastal, Inc., 26201 Ynez Road, Suite 104, Temecula, CA, Phone (951) 587-3357. For Tentative Tract Map 30142, 31042-1, and 3014-2, the Operator is proposing to grade and develop approximately 166 acres into a residential development of 512 lots and supporting infrastructure. To develop the 512 lots the Operator proposes to permanently impact 0.62 acres of southern willow habitat.
