Change of Zone No. 6670 proposed to change the zoning from Residential Agricultural-1 Acre Minimum (R-A-1) to One-Family Dwellings (R-1). Tentative Tract Map No. 30142 proposes to subdivide 166.02 gross acres into the following: five phases with 537 residential lots with a minimum lot size of 7200 square feet, 5 pocket parks and paseos (walkways) and two drainage basins.
